When you first contact us, we will arrange to meet with you at any location that meets your needs in order to make the necessary arrangements. This allows us take overall responsibility for supervising the funeral on your behalf in keeping with religious/non-denominational and personal preferences and within the agreed budget.
Although we provide the majority these services ourselves in-house, if this is not possible, our years of experience have given us the ability to identify the local service providers who excel in their field. If you would like to leave definite instructions in relation to your own funeral arrangements, we can meet with you and discuss all aspects of your needs. Selection of music, church or cemetery or crematorium can be easily noted for their future use. If you wish you can also select a coffin and your desired level of service. The financial side can also be discussed, with the payment options agreed to your individual needs. We can advise on the available grave spaces in your region and the costs involved. These consultations can take place at our offices or in your own home.
